Beach Party Reservation Request Form
Thanks for your interest in one of the Club’s most popular year-round activities – Beach Parties! Hotel guests can use the form below to submit your request, and one of our Beach Services staff will call you to confirm all of the details with you. If you are a La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club Member please click here to log in and register.
Submit Request
Requests can be made for dates in 2013 and parties of up to 19 people, 2 barbeques, 3 tables, and 19 chairs. For parties of 20 or more, please contact our
Catering department. Also, please note that over certain holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, an equipment lottery is held – please contact the Membership Department at
Membership@LJBTC.com or 858.551.4628 for more information.
Order Food
Club Dining has also created a convenient
Beach Cookout Shopping List with everything you need for dining on the beach. Choose from Starters, Salads, Sides, or Entrées you can Barbeque yourself or have us cook and deliver.
Invite Friends
Please make sure to send a guest list directly to the Guest Booth a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your party at

Cancellations: Must be received by 2 p.m. on the day of the reservation to avoid charge.
Reminder: Barbeques are delivered and lit after 5 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and 4 p.m. all other months.
