Vessel Restaurant + Bar, a fine dining restaurant located at the legendary Kona Kai Resort & Spa with unobstructed views of the Kona Kai Marina, is celebrating in typical Irish fashion with a festive whiskey pairing dinner. The quintessential Southern California restaurant is partnering with Dublin's small batch Teel Whiskey to host a three-course dinner that will feature Irish-inspired dishes each thoughtfully paired with Teeling's finest whiskeys.

The three-course dining experience, curated by Vessel's Executive Chef, Roy Hendrickson and his talented culinary team, will begin with indulgent Salmon Pastrami paired with Teeling single grain whiskey. A choice of savory Twelve-hour Stout Braised Lamb Shank or Chicken Wellington both thoughtfully paired with Teeling single malt whiskey will then take center stage. Finally, guests will end the night on a sweet note with a Ruby Chocolate Bread Pudding served with brown butter ice cream and paired with a glass of Teeling small batch whiskey.
