    Yes.  La Jolla and San Diego County beaches are open to the public for recreation and relaxation. San Diego health officials highly recommend social distancing on the sand to prevent the spread of covid-19 while enjoying summer fun.
  • Are La Jolla restaurants open?

    Most La Jolla restaurants are open for patio dining, with strict cleaning and social distance protocols. Our private Club dining room is open for patio seating with reservations. Oceanfront patio dining is also available at the Shores Restaurant down the beach, serving fresh seafood and a California coastal menu. 
     
  • How can I travel safer during Covid-19 pandemic?

    If you've planned a vacation during the covid-19 pandemic, here are some tips from the CDC to keep you safe and healthy. 
     
    1. Drive if you can and avoid public transportation and flying. If you have to fly, wear your mask and social distance at the security lines and when boarding the plane.
     
    2. Pack and wear a face mask when in crowds and public spaces. Wear your mask properly covering your mouth and nose.
     
    3. Avoid crowded areas and stay 6 feet away from others 
     
    4. Avoid touching public surfaces, wash your hands frequently, and use sanitizer.
