Come experience what has often been called “the best in barefoot luxury” at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. Nestled between the La Jolla Cove and Torrey Pines Reserve, our private coastline is the perfect place to start your own beach tradition.
Evening beach parties are the most popular service provided on the beach. Our Beach Services staff prepares parties to your specifications by 5 p.m. daily, allowing you to entertain friends and family while watching the sunset. Food & Beverage Beach Service
All that swim and play create an appetite? Guests don’t even need to leave their chair for Food and Beverage Service on the beach – simply raise a flag one of our friendly staff will take and deliver your order!
Beach Hut
The Beach Hut serves up summer favorites like the Beach Burger, Roasted Chicken Quesadilla, Club Caesar Salad, Ice Cream favorites and Buckets o’ Beer. Open for Spring Break March 23–April 7 and, weather permitting, weekends through May. Open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Beach Cookouts
Club Dining has also created a convenient Beach Cookout Shopping List with everything you need for dining on the beach. Choose from Starters, Salads, Sides, or Entrees you can BBQ yourself or have us cook and deliver. Paired with a set table and chairs with linens and candlelight - you can't get any closer than this oceanfront dining.
Beach Rentals
Looking for the complete beach experience? The Club offers grills, charcoal, fireplaces, tables, chairs, and cabanas - everything you need for a fantastic day or night on the beach. Towels, Umbrellas and Chairs
Far from the crowds, our beach is raked, groomed and furnished with beach equipment every morning. Forgot your towel? We provide chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas, sand chairs, tables, and, yes, towels for all guests. Plus, our helpful Beach Services staff are there to make sure your needs are fulfilled so you can relax and have fun in the sun.
