Massage Services Guidelines Cancellation Policy
We recommend reservations be made in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as late arrivals may have their treatments reduced. The treatment fee will remain the same. Changes or cancellations should be made at least six hours before the appointment start time. Without a six-hour notification, your account will be charged in full. If you miss your massage appointment without notice, we reserve the right to book over the remainder of the appointment after the first 15 minutes of the initially scheduled time slot.
