Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is your pool heated?

    Yes, our outdoor pool is heated to 80 degrees, year-round so you can swim and enjoy it during any season.
  • What are your pool hours?

    The pool is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
     
    Swim reservations are required and can be made in 30 or 60 minute increments. Reservations can be made on the CourtReserve app, through the Front Desk, Pool Attendant or Beach Services office.
     
    Adult Lap Swimming for ages 18+ is available from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. and again from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. All-ages Lap Swimming is available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
     
    Family swim will be available daily from 1:30 to 7:00 p.m. with open swim within the lane markers. Two families are permitted per lane, and must maintain six-feet social distancing.
  • Do you have a hot tub or sauna?

    We do not have a hot tub or sauna on property.
  • Is there a gym?

    Per county health guidelines, our fitness center is temporarily closed. There is individual equipment available for use in designated guest rooms that can be reserved through our front desk, ext. 2600.
  • Do you rent kayaks?

    There a variety of local shops within walking distance that provide rentals, lessons and guided tours for kayaking, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, scuba diving and snorkeling. Rentals are not available on property.
  • Do you offer discounts for watersport rentals?

    We do not, however we can offer information on the best local water sport vendors nearby. Stop by the Front Desk for local tips and suggestions.
  • How do I sign up for tennis lessons, camps or clinics?

    We offer a variety of tennis lessons and clinics, which can be viewed at here. Please contact our Tennis Department at 858.551.4680 or [email protected] to register for a lesson, clinic, or for additional information.
  • Do you provide tennis rackets or golf clubs?

    We are not offering rental rackets or clubs at this time. We will resume rentals when it is safe to do so.
